Position: Marketing Manager - Food & Beverage

Reporting to: Director of Cafe Marketing

Position Summary:

This Cross-Functional Support role is responsible for driving seamless execution across Retail and Food & Beverage (F&B) initiatives. This position ensures brand consistency, operational efficiency, and creative excellence through collaboration with global and regional teams. The role encompasses visual merchandising, marketing collateral development, menu management, and activation support for both retail and café environments.

Responsibilities

Food & Beverage (F&B)

  • Support creative development for Company Cafes, Franchise Cafes, Cafe-Casinos, and F&B activations.
  • Assist with AOP (Annual Operating Plan) agency briefs, creative direction, LTOs, and brand activations.
  • Conduct F&B Marketing market research on competitor trends.
  • Own AOP calendar and working timelines to ensure timely execution.
  • Develop activation decks for LTOs, brand activations, and new menu launches.
  • Partner with F&B team on projects such as recipe cards, competitor data, tastings, COGs for pricing, menu descriptions, and purchasing support.
  • Collaborate with IT to input Micros Keys and Discount Keys for LTOs, NIRs, and price updates.
  • Collaborate with various brand partners for accurate brand placement via contract, verbiage, imagery, and cobranding opportunities.

 

Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Facilitate global and regional collaboration through decks, reports, and miscellaneous projects.
  • Collect and consolidate information for all cafes related to sales initiatives (pricing, collateral, keys, etc.).
  • Review creative materials and provide feedback to Retail Leads, Regional Partners, and Executive Approvers.
  • Serve as WebDAM Admin for the Café Division, including uploads, asset organization and deployment.
  • Track projects and budgets to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Upload and monitor International menus (core, specialty, language verifications).
  • Work with Training team to roll out new menus, SOPs, and recipes.
  • Ensure Global Marketing & Retail teams meet deadlines.
  • Manage implementation of marketing communications strategy, including advertising, branding, product, and promotions.
  • Update menus, QR codes, and all F&B materials on digital platforms.
  • Follow up on Marketing and Retail AOP, create recaps, and compile best practices for future rollouts.
  • Own the menu process, including pricing, proofing, edits, approvals, printer quotes, quantities per café, and versioning.
  • Prepare monthly sales and performance reports for EU & NA divisions.
  • Organize and execute all Marketing photo shoots, working with outside agencies and cross functional teams.
  • Ensure all images are within user rights and remove/replace all expiring images well in advance.
  • Communicate to leadership on a weekly basis with project updates and upcoming initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to create and deploy special products such as toys, cups, liners, etc.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail marketing, F&B operations, or cross-functional project management.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
