Overview

The STREET TEAM is responsible for representing the company to guests and potential guests in order to increase awareness at various locations and events around the city, project a positive brand image, generate excitement with the effect of increased sales opportunities and increased guest loyalty. Street Teamers present a friendly and energetic image to further the overall theme of the Cafe. The Street Team is the face of the Cafe outside of our building, acting as Ambassadors on the streets and must work independently at targeted areas on the streets to drive visitors to the Cafe. Street Teamers maintain and understand general venue and company knowledge, including upcoming events, company initiatives, hours of operation and Philanthropic initiatives. For those that have a passion for music and a desire to provide authentic experiences that rock, this may be the gig for you!

Responsibilities

  • Provide information on promoted products/services to potential
  • Create a fun and positive image of the café and lead consumers to visit the
  • Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers, to source new sales opportunities and generate awareness.
  • Identify interests and understand customer needs and
  • Report on daily activity and experiences (guest interest level, questions asked, numbers of samples/flyers distributed, feedback on areas visited etc.).

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 19 years
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year Marketing/Street Team experience in related field

SKILLS

  • Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Display a positive, energetic and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests
  • Maintain HRC's 5 core values and mission statement
  • Practice all general safety & sanitation standards
  • Remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced
  • Maintain minimum redemption rate on distribution material as determined by
  • Elevated knowledge of social media usage and trends (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to move throughout the corporate office and Cafes during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time.
