Responsibilities

Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a talented Operations Manager! Our operators are true entrepreneurs who manage large teams, drives bottom line results, and multi-dimensional operations that encompass fresh, made from scratch ingredients, iconic bars, live music, phenomenal events, and rocking retail operations. 

 

  • Coordinate operations between departments.
  • Teach/coach and document employees who fail to meet standards to maintain a high quality workforce.
  • Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners and investors.
  • Attend client functions and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction and promote future business.
  • Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote the company and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships within the business and social community.
  • Spearhead philanthropic initiatives.
  • Work as a team, helping all employees to complete the required activities that ensure we blow away Guest expectations.
  • Maintain low staff turnover rate and high morale.
  • Operate ethically to protect the image of Hard Rock.

Qualifications

Got What It Takes To Be In The Band?

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant front line operations
  • Bachelors Business Degree or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership
  • Strong Culinary Experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – that can be factually verified by peers and prior supervisors
  • Can illustrate consultative skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and develop recommended solutions
  • Possesses the potential and aspiration to serve as a Hard Rock General Manager
  • Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
  • Ability to effectively pitch and present information in one-on-one and group situations to media, customers, clients, partners and other employees of the organization.
  • Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required.
