POSITION SUMMARY


This individual will be responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems for the business. He/She will ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions as well as the oversight of cost and general accounting, accounts receivables, accounts payables, payroll and human resources.

Responsibilities

ESSESTIAL FUNCTIONS

 

1 General Ledger – timely and accurate J/Es and financial reporting, A/R posting, bank and G/L accounting reconciliation
2 Accounts payable – timely invoice processing and payment. Handle all A/P/ issues and local finance compliance matters
3 Payroll – Timely and accurate payroll processing, scheduling and recovery and development of payroll policies
4 Human Resources – Ensure policy compliance and reporting
5 Identify, hire and develop key staff within the finance organization
6 Compliance with local/state/country fiscal reporting and taxation
7 Work effectively and efficiently with café management and staff to achieve objectives
8 Oversee sales events financial controls and wage and hour compliance
9 Financial analysis support for GM and DO

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

1 5 years of financial management experience in a similar position.
2 Expert knowledge of federal, state and local laws, taxes and licenses and common Finance and Accounting practices and procedures.
3 Must be able to develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management, staff members and field operators.
4 Must possess excellent skills of analysis for comprehension and problem solving.
5 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook. Lawson knowledge preferred.
6 Applicable standard of education is required.
